Happy Holidays

We seldom think of nourishment as more than what is in the food we eat. As we leave today and enjoy the rest of the week off to be with family and friends, indulge yourself not so much with lots of food, but with lots of love and laughter.  Focus more on the company and conversation and less on your plate. The memories last, but the food passes through until our body signals we are hungry again.
