Fibromyalgia can cause fatigue, insomnia, chronic pain, muscle spasms, and anxiety. One of the key signs of fibromyalgia is the amount of trigger points along the neck, back, shoulders, hips, arms, and legs. Trigger points are tight bands of muscles that are sensitive to touch or pressure.  Trigger point injections are excellent pain relief strategy for fibromyalgia caused by trigger points.   Trigger point injections can provide immediate pain relief.
